Kokon is a special premium full-course menu of Usuki cuisine fusing traditional and modern flavors. The ten dishes were created by Kirakuan, a restaurant serving traditional local cuisine, and Usami, which uses organic vegetables from Usuki in modern arrangements.
Only available at Usuki Venue, this special menu is paired with splendid locally brewed sake and organically farmed teas.
